Rachael’s true passions in life are God, her family, serving others and art. She does this through committing her life to the Lord, so that he may guide her in every aspect of her life. The verse that speaks truest to her is “If you cling to your life, you will loose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it. Matthew 10:39 Rachael received a Degree in Finance that lead to a career as a Finance Manager at Harley-Davidson for many years. She is currently pursuing a degree in Human Services with an emphasis in the correctional field and journalism. Her vision is to obtain credentialing through CAMS and continue on to become a Chaplain within the correctional field. Her love of serving and helping others find the true self that God created them to be is what draws her to the correctional field. There and within Dexter Lake she hopes to use her art and writing as techniques to practice various forms of therapy. Rachael and her husband Woody have 5 children; Kyle…A United States Marine (Daughter In Law Mackenzie), Iann, Grace, Luke and Bo along with 3 grandchildren; Marlee, Harper and Addie, last but not least their baby Rocco, a spunky Boston Terrier. As a family they enjoy racing, classic cars, motorcycles (anything fast!) U of M Football and serving at church. God is the foundation on which Rachael and Woody live hand in hand while raising their family. Raising their children to be the future generation of Gods disciples is a passion they share together.
